Returns | Exchanges


With Brooke Wright, we want you to find unique products, all individually custom made and created in the United States. We take great care in the quality and unique character behind each item.  
We do not accept returns on CUSTOM PIECES (when purchasing it will say made to order), but we will gladly take or exchange items that we stock, or that were purchased directly through us.
Anything being returned must be returned within 14 business days of date received. No exceptions. They must be unworn, UN-laundered, unaltered, with tags attached if applicable, you know, in the original condition you received it!
All "SALE" is final, as are "SALE" through Social Media Final Sale Spotlight specials.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange sizing if needed on your pieces.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size, send us an email at info@brookewrightdesigns.com and, once return is initiated and approved, send your return item to:

If a return shipping label is requested, we will happily send one over, and will just deduct $7.00 from the return total. 
Credit Card Companies are no longer refunding the Fees Associated with Purchases. Please note all refunds will not have 2.6% returned due to CC fees. This is often seen as a "restocking fee" but really, it is the refusal of Credit Card Companies to Reimburse those fees to the Retailer. We just want to be transparent about that.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
PAYPAL: While you can pay online using PayPal, please note we cannot process exchanges via this method.  You will need to return your items to us and place a new order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION- USPS is taking around 1 week to process and scan orders. Please consider this as you are selecting shipping options. This is completely out of our control. You can always use UPS to ship as well, but they are starting to see some delays in shipping. Please allow for 24-48 business hours to process orders, as we are a small team (although we usually ship same day!) Thanks so much!
