GORGEOUS 100% Silk, made in USA, dry clean only.  More than likely 1980's with just the right amount of shoulder pads to be proper. Flawless.

Says size 4, probably modern sized a 0/2.

Meausurements are: 
Bust 30 inches, Waist 28 inches, hip 34 inches
